Civil Engineer (NEBOSH Certified)

Job Title: Civil Engineer (NEBOSH Certified) Location: UAE Job Summary We are looking for a Civil Engineer with NEBOSH certification to supervise civil works, ensure quality, and maintain health, safety, and environmental compliance at project sites. Responsibilities • Supervise daily civil construction activities. • Ensure works are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams. • Monitor site progress, quality, and HSE compliance. • Conduct site safety inspections and implement HSE procedures. • Prepare site reports, inspection requests, and project documentation. • Review drawings, method statements, and risk assessments. • Support project execution and handover activities. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. • 3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in civil construction projects. • NEBOSH certification is mandatory. • Experience in infrastructure, utility, pipeline, or industrial projects is preferred. • Good knowledge of site supervision, HSE requirements, and construction activities. • Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate site activities. • UAE Driving Licence preferred.
