Graphic Designer (Architecture & Design Communications)

Position Title: Senior Officer, Graphics & Drafting About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Officer, Graphics & Drafting to join a growing Graphic & Design Communications team. This is a newly created position driven by the continued expansion of the design function. Reporting directly to the Graphic & Design Communications Manager, you will play a critical role in developing high-quality visual communications that support executive-level decision-making across a diverse range of design disciplines. This role goes beyond traditional graphic design. It requires an individual with a strong understanding of architecture, master planning, landscape, interiors, and urban design, capable of transforming complex technical information into compelling, presentation-ready materials for senior stakeholders and C-suite executives. Key Responsibilities • Develop high-quality presentations for executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders. • Create visually compelling communication materials for projects across: Masterplanning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture. • Translate complex technical and design information into clear, engaging graphical presentations. • Review and interpret technical drawings and project documentation. • Produce infographics, diagrams, visual narratives, and presentation graphics that effectively communicate design concepts. • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary design teams to ensure consistent visual communication across projects. • Support internal design reviews, executive presentations, and strategic project communications. • Maintain high standards of graphic quality, accuracy, and brand consistency. Key Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or a related discipline. • Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp • Strong presentation design capabilities. • Ability to prepare graphics using architectural and masterplanning data. Experience • Experience within a design consultancy, architecture practice, real estate developer, or multidisciplinary design environment. • Proven experience creating executive-level presentations and board papers. • Strong understanding of architecture, urban design, and masterplanning projects. • Experience reviewing technical drawings and project documentation. • Ability to communicate complex design information through clear visual storytelling.
