Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, focused on real estate marketing and branding. The Graphic Designer will create and adapt visual content for digital and print channels, including property brochures, social media campaigns, online listings, presentations, and outdoor advertising. The role involves developing and maintaining brand guidelines, designing logos and visual identities for projects, and producing graphics aligned with PSI’s real estate portfolio and target audiences. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and listing teams to translate property features and investment propositions into compelling visual narratives. The role requires professional use of Arabic in design projects (copy handling, layout, and typographic decisions) while coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet tight deadlines and multiple project requirements. Qualifications • Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating digital and print materials for real estate or related industries. • Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing project identities and maintaining consistent brand systems across campaigns. • Applied expertise in Typography, including Arabic and English type selection, hierarchy, and readability in multi-language layouts. • Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma or similar tools is an advantage). • Demonstrated experience in real estate marketing design (property brochures, floor plans, social media creatives, email templates, signage). • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) and good command of English to handle bilingual design projects. • Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret marketing briefs into clear, engaging designs. • Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • Send CV to [email protected].
