Account Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: UAE We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Executive role. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounts Executive. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Jewellery industry accounting experience will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: • Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions. • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries. • Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and supplier accounts. • Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities. • Process payments and follow up on receivables. • Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation. • Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies. • Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
