Finance Manager Location: UAE Industry Preference: Facilities Management, Food & Beverage, Catering, Retail, Hospitality or Multi-site Services About the Role The Finance Manager will lead the organisation’s financial strategy, planning and performance management across multiple business verticals and operating contracts. The role requires a commercially focused finance professional capable of improving profitability, optimising working capital, strengthening financial controls and driving business transformation through automation and technology. Responsibilities: • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance reporting across multiple business units and contracts. • Analyse contract-level and group-level P&L, balance sheet and cash flow performance. • Identify cost optimisation, margin improvement and revenue enhancement opportunities. • Drive financial restructuring, working capital optimisation and cash flow improvement initiatives. • Develop site-level profitability, cost-per-unit and margin analysis models. • Implement finance automation, AI-enabled tools and reporting solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, corporate tax and other regulatory requirements. • Partner with operations, procurement and commercial teams to strengthen financial discipline. • Provide timely financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management. • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors and regulatory authorities. • Build, develop and mentor a high-performing finance team. Qualifications: • Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CPA or CMA; MBA is an advantage. • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including significant managerial responsibility. • Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE financial regulations. • Industry experience in Facilities Management, Food & Beverage, catering, retail, hospitality or multi-site service businesses. • Proven experience in financial turnaround, restructuring, cost optimisation or business transformation. • Hands-on experience managing multi-contract P&Ls, site-level margins and operational cost drivers. • Experience working with banks, auditors and regulatory bodies.
