Title: AI-Native Software Engineer Location: Abu Dhabi (All 5 days work from office) Mode: Full-time Work timing: Gulf Standard Time Must-haves: • Strong in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) – vector store selection, embedding strategies, hybrid search, retrieval quality evaluation • Strong in LLM – context management, prompt engineering, system instructions • Strong in Agentic AI – LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent (agent harnesses, multi-agent orchestration, supervisor/routing patterns) • Python – strong mastery of computer science fundamentals • AI-native tooling – Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Aider, Codex CLI • Cloud-native deployment (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • RESTful API design and enterprise identity/auth integration • Testing & CI/CD – automated test suites, adversarial and edge-case coverage Show more Show less
