Role Purpose: The Business Analyst supports the development and continuous improvement of the Airline Website and CMS platform, ensuring delivery of high-quality, customer-centric digital experiences that drive key digital and commercial KPIs. This role is part of a critical customer-facing digital product area and works closely with Product, Digital, Ecommerce, Technology, UX, and Content teams. The Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting, analysing, documenting, and validating requirements, ensuring business priorities are clearly translated into implementable user stories and delivered effectively by Agile teams. The role operates within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) and collaborates with multiple Product Owners and scrum teams to manage dependencies and enable end-to-end delivery across the customer journey. Key Accountabilities: Requirements & Analysis Translate product strategy and roadmap into clear business and functional requirements. Analyse customer, business, and system needs for airline website and CMS initiatives Support feature discovery and solution definition with UX, architecture, and development teams Backlog & Sprint Support Support Product Owners in maintaining a high-quality, ready-to-deliver backlog Detail features and user stories with acceptance criteria and acceptance tests Ensure development teams clearly understand requirements and desired outcomes Assist in managing dependencies across teams and Product Owners Delivery & Quality Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and Definition of Done Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and business sign-off [Classification:Public] Assist with sprint reviews, demos, and stakeholder validation sessions Agile & SAFe Participation Participate in SAFe ceremonies including PO Sync, Program Backlog Refinement, WSJF, Sprint Planning, and PI Planning Support retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain relevant Agile artefacts including backlogs, program Kanban updates, and documentation Stakeholder Engagement Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product leadership, and delivery teams Ensure consistent communication of requirements, progress, risks, and dependencies Education & Experience: Essential 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in product development roles within digital, airline, ecommerce, fintech, or financial services environments Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent Strong experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum and SAFe) 2+ years’ experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms (preferred) 2+ years’ experience using JIRA for epics, features, user stories, and sprint backlogs (mandatory) Proven delivery experience on customer-facing digital platforms Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills [Classification:Public] Desirable SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager certification Agile or Business Analysis certifications (CSPO, PSPO, PMI-PBA, IIBA) Key Competencies Requirements analysis & problem solving Stakeholder management and collaboration Attention to detail and quality orientation Ability to manage priorities and deadlines Proactive, delivery-focused mindse Show more Show less
