The role owns the requirements lifecycle end to end — from elicitation and use-case definition to Agile delivery as Scrum Master — with a focus on passenger-facing digital channels including web, online check-in (OLCI), mobile app, and chatbots. It coordinates product, infrastructure, development, and vendor teams to ship robust, scalable applications on time. Key Responsibilities • Gather and compile requirements with business owners through interactive working sessions, proposing solutions and screen mockups that support day-to-day operations and decision-making. • Author requirement artefacts — use cases, BRDs, SRS, and change requests scoped to the project — that are complete, unambiguous, and ready to share with stakeholders. • Model and process-map business requirements using standard modeling tools, translating them clearly for the development team. • Run delivery under Agile methodology, acting as Scrum Master for daily standups to ship feature-based applications. • Build and maintain the project schedule — activities, timelines, and critical path — using project management tools, including risk identification and mitigation plans. • Coordinate across product owners, infrastructure, development, and vendors so the delivered product meets both timeline and functionality as scoped in requirements and feasibility. • Assess requirements holistically across stakeholders rather than in silos, identifying upstream and downstream impact to support a robust, scalable build.
