Corporate Lawyer / Senior Associate

We are working with a top-tier international law firm based in Dubai for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Corporate M&A team. The Role: The successful candidate will join a growing Corporate/M&A team advising multinational corporations, private equity sponsors, government-owned entities, portfolio companies, high-net-worth individuals and investors on complex domestic and cross-border corporate transactions. The role involves advising clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, corporate reorganisations and general corporate advisory matters. The successful candidate will lead and support complex transactions from inception to completion, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and coordinate multi-jurisdictional matters. Essential Criteria: • 2+ years’ PQE; • Strong corporate law background; • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients.; • Organisation skills; • Ability to work in a busy environment; • Strong communication skills; • Team player; • Technically excellent.
