Key Responsibilities • Achieve sales growth and meet revenue targets through effective sales team management. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence. • Prepare and execute business plans covering sales, revenue generation, and expense management. • Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure achievement of business goals. • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales team members to maximize productivity and performance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, contractors, and other stakeholders. • Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and industry trends to support business expansion. • Present sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution. • Monitor competitor activities and market developments to maintain a competitive advantage. • Conduct regular sales reviews and implement corrective actions where required. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • 8–10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the electrical products, switchgear, lighting, cables, or related industries. • Proven experience in leading and developing successful sales teams. • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer requirements, and sales strategies.
