We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Lead to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic HR professional to lead and strengthen our HR function while supporting a fast-paced and growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, driving HR initiatives, and partnering with business leaders to support organizational growth. Position: Human Resources Lead Employment Type: Full Time Work Model: On site (Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM) Experience • 5–8+ years of UAE HR experience • 2+ years in an HR leadership role managing at least 1–2 team members • Experience within manpower supply, outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, or EOR preferred • Experience supporting both corporate and operational employees • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Core Responsibilities • Lead the HR function across the business • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations • Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and investigations • Oversee onboarding, probation, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and offboarding for internal staff • Manage employment contracts and HR documentation • Support workforce planning and organizational development • Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives • Partner with Payroll, Finance, Operations, and Talent Acquisition • Oversee HR reporting, metrics, and workforce analytics • Support compensation and benefits administration • Coordinate visa and labour-related HR processes (with PRO where applicable) • Drive process improvements and HR governance • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure operational excellence If you are looking to start your career in HR Lead and enjoy working in a structured, detail-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.
