Senior Site Project Engineer – Site Execution – G+8 Project

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Site Project Engineer to join our contracting company in Dubai for a G+8 building project. This is a site-based execution role, not an office coordination role. The selected candidate will be responsible for daily site execution, coordination with foremen and subcontractors, monitoring progress, solving site problems, and reporting regularly to the Project Manager. Our Project Manager will actively support and follow up on the project, but the candidate must be able to manage site activities practically and independently. Key Requirements Candidate must have contractor-side experience in building construction projects, preferably G+8 or higher. Strong practical knowledge is required in: • RCC structure and concrete works • Waterproofing works • Blockwork and plaster • Finishing works • MEP coordination before and during execution • Site inspections and consultant coordination • Material requests and subcontractor follow-up • Daily progress monitoring and site reporting • Snagging, handover, and authority inspection coordination Important Note • Consultant-only, document-control-only, or office-coordination-only experience is not enough for this role. • The candidate must be able to clearly explain actual site execution methods and solve real site problems. Preferred Candidate • Currently in UAE • Available for interview in Dubai • Experience with building contractors in UAE • UAE driving license preferred • Able to join soon • Dubai Municipality approval G+4/G+12 is preferred, but practical contractor-side site experience is more important.
