Position Title: Assistant Store Manager - Luxury Jewellery Employment Type: Full Time Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands. Job Description: • Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales targets and KPIs. Lead sales activities during the Store Manager's absence. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling luxury jewellery collections. • Deliver personalized service to clients and maintain luxury brand standards. Build relationships with repeat and VIP customers. • Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards. Support scheduling, attendance monitoring, and leave management. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field, with strong experience in luxury retail, preferably jewellery, watches, fashion, or premium brands. • Proven supervisory or team leadership experience, with the ability to manage retail operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Proficiency in POS systems, retail reporting tools, and sales performance tracking within a luxury retail environment. • Experience serving VIP, UHNW, and international clientele in the GCC market, with strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, jewellery certifications, and luxury retail etiquette.
