Job Summary: Copart UAE is looking for a Front Counter Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions at our operational facility. The role is responsible for assisting walk-in customers, handling front counter operations, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience in a fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers at the front counter with inquiries, payments, vehicle release processes, and documentation. • Handle customer communication professionally through walk-ins, phone calls, and emails. • Provide clear guidance and operational instructions to customers. • Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth customer service operations. • Maintain proper records and documentation related to customer transactions. • Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks assigned by management. • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required. • Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude at all times. • Support process improvement initiatives and adapt to operational changes when required. Requirements: • Fluent Arabic speaker is mandatory. • Good communication skills in English. • Minimum 1 year of customer service, front desk, administration, or receptionist experience preferred. • Candidate must be able to commute daily to our office located in Dubai Industrial City using own transportation arrangements. • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Well-organized with good time management and prioritization ability. • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced operational environment. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and customer information. • Professional customer handling and conflict resolution skills. • Good computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to multitask and manage workload under pressure. • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset. • Ability to follow operational procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
