Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager with strong FX/CFD sales experience. In this role, you will play a key part in growing our client base, onboarding Introducing Brokers (IBs), partners, and institutional clients while driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities • Identify, approach, and onboard new clients, IBs, and B2B partners in the FX/CFD industry. • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, converting leads into long-term partnerships. • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to different market segments. • Present and position our liquidity, trading solutions, and partner programs as market-leading offerings. • Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients and partners by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, compliance, operations) to deliver a smooth onboarding and client experience. • Stay up to date on global FX market trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities. • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred. • 3–5+ years’ proven experience in business development/sales in the FX/CFD industry. • Strong understanding of FX markets, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), liquidity, and brokerage products. • Proven track record of building relationships with IBs, affiliates, and institutional clients. • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to perform in a competitive, target-driven environment. • Experience with CRM platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
