Senior Quantity Surveyor - Interior / Fitout

Pay: 8,000.00 (AED) - 12,000.00 (AED) per month Job description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in interior fit-out and joinery works. The candidate must have hands-on experience handling commercial and residential villa projects in the UAE market. • Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for interior fit-out and joinery projects • Handle project costing, budgeting, variation orders, and cost control throughout project execution • Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents in detail • Coordinate with procurement, design, production, and site execution teams • Evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotations and negotiate competitive pricing • Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts • Monitor material consumption and project profitability • Ensure all commercial and contractual matters are managed effectively Mandatory Requirements • Strong knowledge of joinery works, custom furniture, and wood finishes • Experience in commercial and residential villa fit-out projects • Strong understanding of UAE market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors • Ability to independently manage multiple projects • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS/costing software • Ability to read architectural, interior, and shop drawings • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Interior / Fitout UAE: 6 years in UAE (Required) License/Certification: UAE Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person Show more Show less
