We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth by expanding key accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing market penetration for Client's solar lighting and battery product portfolio. Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, EPC contractors, government projects, and institutional clients. • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. • Build long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners. • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans. • Mentor junior sales executives and support the sales team in achieving business objectives. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. • 3–8 years of sales experience in solar, batteries, electrical products, lighting, renewable energy, or related industries. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets. • Strong network with distributors, contractors, EPC companies, or institutional customers is an advantage. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Willingness to travel extensively.
