We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join our Commercial Strategy & Operations Department to be responsible for managing Khazna's commercial systems, CRM platform, and commercial reporting processes across Sales, International Business, Strategy, and Commercial Strategy & Operations. It ensures accurate pipeline visibility, data integrity, and consistent reporting to support reliable forecasting and informed decision-making. The position oversees pipeline governance, drives operational alignment across commercial teams, and supports the adoption and optimization of commercial systems. It also focuses on continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall commercial performance. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Manage and administer Khazna's CRM and commercial systems, ensuring they support business operations effectively. • Configure and maintain CRM structures, including opportunity stages, deal types, products, pricing fields, workflows, and reporting frameworks. • Oversee pipeline governance by monitoring opportunity progression, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and stage-gate compliance. • Conduct regular pipeline review meetings with Sales and Commercial teams to identify risks, slippage, and forecast changes. • Develop and maintain commercial dashboards, KPI reports, forecasting reports, and executive reporting packs. • Establish and enforce commercial data governance standards, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and audit readiness. • Monitor data quality through compliance tracking, scorecards, and reporting accuracy measures. • Support integration of CRM with Finance, ERP, contract management, pricing, and business intelligence systems to enable end-to-end commercial visibility. • Drive process standardization, workflow automation, and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency, reporting, and system scalability. • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve CRM adoption through training, user support, change management, and alignment of commercial reporting and governance. QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, or a related field. • 6–8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, CRM management, commercial operations, or business operations. • Experience in data centers, telecommunications, infrastructure, technology, or similar industries is preferred. • Strong expertise in CRM administration, commercial systems management, pipeline governance, and forecasting. • Proficiency in commercial reporting, dashboard development, data governance, and reporting controls. • Skilled in process optimization, workflow management, stakeholder coordination, and user support. • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and reporting skills, including proficiency in Excel and Power BI. • Demonstrates key competencies in operational excellence, analytical thinking, attention to detail, planning, collaboration, continuous improvement, and stakeholder management.
