Urgent requirement for Business Analyst /Functional Consultant experienced Core Banking & Trade/SCF Specialist with deep expertise in Islamic banking products in banking domain is required for our banking clients in Abu Dhabi ,UAE Understanding of Core Banking, Trade/SCF products, their workflow and life cycle.--Must Understand of Islamic banking and Islamic Products , Murabaha, Istisn’a , LME , Wakala Ijara is must Hands on experience of implementation, configuration and support of Core , Trade/SCF system--Must Proven track record of working experience with Core , Trade/SCF.--Must Experience of defining accounting and posting rules for all Trade/SCF products and instruments--Must Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Core Banking & Trade/SCF Specialist with deep expertise in Islamic banking products and workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Core Banking and Trade/SCF systems, with a proven track record of defining accounting and posting rules for financial instruments. This role requires strong domain knowledge of Islamic banking products and their lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities • Core Banking Implementation: Configure, administer, and support Core Banking systems ensuring stability, compliance, and efficiency. • Trade/SCF Systems: Implement, configure, and support Trade and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) systems across product lifecycles. • Islamic Banking Products: Work extensively with Murabaha, Istisn’a, LME, Wakala, and Ijara products, ensuring compliance with Sharia principles. • Workflow & Lifecycle Management: Define, document, and optimize workflows for Core Banking and Trade/SCF products. • Accounting & Posting Rules: Design and implement accounting and posting rules for all Trade/SCF products and instruments. • System Support: Provide end-to-end support for Core Banking and Trade/SCF systems, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance optimization. • Compliance & Governance: Ensure systems and processes adhere to regulatory, audit, and Islamic banking compliance standards. Skills • Proven experience in Core Banking systems implementation, configuration, and support. • Strong expertise in Trade/SCF products and workflows. • Deep understanding of Islamic banking products: Murabaha, Istisn’a, LME, Wakala, Ijara. • Hands-on experience defining accounting and posting rules for Trade/SCF instruments. • Demonstrated track record of working with Core Banking and Trade/SCF systems in production environments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex system issues. • Knowledge of financial workflows, lifecycle management, and compliance standards. Preferred Skills • Exposure to multi-country banking implementations. • Experience with integration of Core Banking systems with external platforms. • Familiarity with Islamic finance compliance frameworks. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
