Sales Manager Assistant Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred Salary: AED 10,000+ incentives About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant to support our commercial team in driving sales growth across retail and distribution channels. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a buying, merchandising, category management, or sales support role within consumer goods, FMCG, lifestyle, children's products, homeware, or retail brands. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities - Support the sales team with day-to-day commercial operations and account management. - Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and business reviews using Excel. - Analyze sell-in, sell-out, inventory, and promotional performance data. - Assist in preparing customer presentations, listings, and commercial proposals. - Coordinate product launches, promotions, and retail activations with internal teams. - Manage product listing forms, customer documentation, and retailer requirements. - Track customer orders, stock availability, and delivery timelines. - Maintain accurate sales records, pricing files, and customer databases. - Support forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment activities. - Liaise with marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Retail Management, or a related field. - 2–5 years of experience in Buying, Merchandising, Category Management, Sales Support, Commercial Operations, or Retail Planning. - Experience within consumer goods, FMCG, lifestyle, children's products, homeware, or retail industries preferred. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting). - Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create professional business presentations. - Excellent numerical and analytical abilities. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - UAE experience is an advantage.
