The Program Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of the Snowflake-based investment data platform, ensuring effective management of scope, resources, timelines, risks, stakeholders, governance, and delivery outcomes. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a demonstrated track record of delivering data and cloud transformation programs within financial services, asset management, and investment management environments. The ideal candidate will ensure successful program execution by managing risks related to investment data quality, system complexity, historical data conversion, regulatory data requirements, and stakeholder adoption. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end program delivery across discovery, design, build, migration, testing, deployment, and transition. • Manage governance, steering committees, status reporting, risks, actions, and decisions. • Coordinate business, technology, data, vendor, and delivery stakeholders. • Manage plans, resources, dependencies, milestones, and delivery timelines. • Oversee risks related to data quality, data sensitivity, system complexity, migration, and adoption. • Ensure alignment across business requirements, delivery scope, governance, and technical execution. • Monitor budgets, resource utilization, and effort consumption under the T&M model. • Facilitate escalations and drive cross-functional decision-making. • Ensure successful completion, approval, and transition of deliverables. Skills & Experience • Proven experience managing data, analytics, cloud, or financial services transformation programs. • Hands-on experience delivering data platform, data warehouse, migration, or cloud initiatives. • Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology functions. • Experience in investment management, wealth management, asset management, banking, or capital markets preferred. • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive-data programs and hybrid delivery teams. • Familiarity with Snowflake, cloud data platforms, integration technologies, governance frameworks, and reporting solutions.
