As a Sales Manager Leisure & Corporate, you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy. • Drive revenue, room night production, and market share growth to meet and exceed annual sales targets and hotel budget objectives. • Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the designated markets (CIS, Europe, ASPAC and/or relevant corporate accounts), consistently achieving and surpassing prospecting and appointment targets. • Grow existing accounts through strategic account management, uncovering new opportunities and increasing account penetration within your market segment. • Represent the hotel at client meetings, trade shows, sales missions, networking events, and industry functions, positioning the hotel as a preferred ultra-luxury destination. • Build and execute effective sales plans that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue across your assigned territory. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to create bespoke solutions and exceptional experiences that align with the expectations of luxury travelers and corporate clients. • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all interactions reflect the highest standards of service, professionalism, and luxury hospitality.
