We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement Department To manage the overall procurement practices, contracting and vendor management and provide timely support and guidance to other departments for their procurement, contracting requirements and assist senior management in implementing the best procurement principles and practices within the organization. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including creating and processing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best commercial terms, pricing, quality, and delivery while minimizing business risks. • Lead and support RFQs/RFPs and tender processes, including supplier sourcing, bid evaluation, vendor selection, and contract award recommendations. • Manage supplier contracts and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), ensuring timely renewals, contract compliance, and high service standards. • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, Delegation of Authority (DOA), and internal governance, while supporting continuous improvement of procurement processes. • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve procurement strategies, and ensure access to the best products and services. • Provide procurement guidance and training to internal stakeholders on procurement processes, systems, and best practices to improve efficiency and compliance. • Monitor procurement budgets and financial performance, ensuring expenditures align with approved budgets and reporting variances while identifying opportunities for cost optimization. QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related commercial discipline. • Professional certification such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) or an equivalent qualification is an advantage. • 5–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, tendering, and contracting, preferably within the ICT, technology, or high-tech industry. • Strong knowledge of procurement and contract management, with the ability to review contracts, understand commercial terms, and evaluate costs effectively. • Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. • Fluency in English is required.
