Join Our Growing Real Estate Team As we continue to grow, we are looking to welcome talented and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our Off-Plan and Secondary Market teams in Motor City, Dubai. We are looking for ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Real Estate Agents who are ready to build a successful career in Dubai's dynamic property market. Candidates may apply for either the Off-Plan team or the Secondary Market team, based on their experience and career interests. Location: Motor City, Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Commission-Based What We Offer • Competitive commission structure: 50%–70% • AED 2,000 monthly support for the first 3 months (subject to company policy) • UAE Employment Visa • Medical Insurance • Company SIM Card & Laptop • Professional marketing support, including photography, videography, and premium property portal listings • Ongoing training, mentorship, and career development • Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding brokerage Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Generate leads and close property sales. • Conduct property viewings and consultations. • Negotiate offers and manage transactions professionally. • Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market and community trends. • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Requirements • Currently based in Dubai, UAE. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Sales experience is preferred; real estate experience is an advantage. • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to succeed. • Knowledge of Dubai communities is a plus. • RERA Certification is an advantage. • Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.
