Job Overview Maje Stay Real Estate is seeking a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in both off-plan and secondary market properties, excellent sales skills, and a passion for helping clients find the right investment and residential opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Generate and manage leads to build a strong client portfolio. • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. • Promote and sell off-plan projects from leading developers. • Handle secondary market property listings and transactions. • Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice. • Negotiate offers and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. • Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and new project launches. • Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system. • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies. Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate. • Proven experience in both off-plan and secondary market sales. • RERA certification is an advantage. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong sales and customer service orientation. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
