Al Khayyat Investments (AKI)
Role Purpose: We are looking for a strategic, commercially driven, and digitally focused Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for two business units within Al Khayyat Investments (AKI). The role oversees marketing for: Befit – AKI's fitness and sports solutions business, delivering commercial fitness equipment, sports infrastructure, wellness solutions, and active lifestyle products across the GCC. Environmental Services – Providing integrated environmental solutions including waste management, pest control, hygiene, and environmental services for government, commercial, industrial, and private sector clients. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute integrated 360° marketing strategies across both B2B and B2C markets, driving brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and commercial growth through digital-first, data-driven marketing. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute integrated 360° marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives. • Build annual marketing plans, budgets, campaign calendars and KPIs. • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social media, content, CRM, email, website, SEO, SEM, paid media, PR, events, exhibitions and offline channels. • Drive B2B lead generation and B2C brand awareness initiatives. • Manage website, SEO, SEM, paid social, content marketing and marketing automation. • Partner with Sales, Business Development and leadership to support revenue growth. • Develop go-to-market plans for products, services and strategic initiatives. • Support exhibitions, trade shows, sponsorships and customer engagement events. • Create sales enablement materials, case studies and marketing collateral. • Manage agencies and external partners. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis. • Monitor KPIs, ROI and campaign performance using analytics. • Manage the marketing budget and continuously optimize performance. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field. • 10 - 15 years of marketing experience with strong B2B and B2C exposure. • Experience in Fitness & Wellness, Sports Solutions, Environmental Services, Facilities Management, Engineering, Industrial Products, Consumer Products or related industries. • Strong experience delivering integrated 360° campaigns. • Expertise in SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, CRM, email marketing, content marketing and marketing automation. • Experience supporting commercial teams through demand generation. • Strong analytical, stakeholder and project management skills. • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
