As a Graduate Civil Engineer at WSP, you will join one of the world’s leading engineering professional services consultancies, supporting key infrastructure and property projects across the UAE as part of our Ground Engineering team. This role is designed specifically for Emirati graduates, offering structured development, mentorship, and hands-on project exposure. Responsibilities • Assist in developing technical designs, reports, and presentations. • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams across various stages of project life cycles. • Support project documentation and ensure quality and compliance with UAE codes and standards. • Learn and apply digital engineering tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Plaxis, etc.). • Support geotechnical assessments, site investigations, and interpretation of ground conditions under the guidance of experienced engineers. • Attend client and stakeholder meetings, supporting the preparation of technical deliverables. • Actively contribute to team discussions, problem-solving, and creative design thinking. Qualifications • UAE National (Emirati) with valid Emirates ID & Family Book. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering. • Strong interest in one or more of the following: • Ground / Geotechnical Engineering • Site Investigations • Stakeholder Engagement • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Plaxis, or similar is a plus. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
