About Madinat Jumeirah: Set along a two-kilometre stretch of private coastline, Madinat Jumeirah is a beachfront resort comprising four distinctive hotels. Each offers uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf and the iconic Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, with experiences ranging from the contemporary elegance of Jumeirah Al Naseem to the majestic Arabesque charm of Jumeirah Al Qasr. Guests can also enjoy the serene waterfront setting of Jumeirah Mina Al Salam and the secluded Arabian houses of Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf. Together, they form a one-of-a-kind destination rooted in Arabian luxury hospitality. The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids’ clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces. About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager – Sales (German Speaker) to join Madinat Jumeirah. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key partners across the Europe/DACH market, driving commercial success and creating opportunities that support long-term business growth. • Champion the brand within the region, representing its distinctive luxury positioning through meaningful engagement with clients, industry leaders, and strategic partners. • Identify emerging market opportunities and evolving customer trends, translating insights into initiatives that enhance market presence and commercial performance. • Build a high-value network across the travel and hospitality landscape, fostering partnerships that expand reach, elevate brand visibility, and unlock new business opportunities. • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to deliver impactful commercial and marketing initiatives that contribute directly to business objectives and guest demand. • Leverage data, market intelligence, and sales technologies to inform decision-making, optimise performance, and support a culture of commercial excellence. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: • Fluent in both German and English, you are a confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse markets and cultures. • You combine strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and influencing skills, enabling you to identify opportunities and deliver measurable business results. • You are proactive, curious, and market-focused, with the ability to analyse trends, interpret data, and translate insights into effective commercial actions. • You are highly organised and collaborative, with strong proficiency in CRM and reporting tools, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional standards in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
