The Role We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Operations Manager to take ownership of the operational HR function across our growing international business. This is a broad, hands-on role focused on delivering an exceptional employee experience while ensuring all HR operations, systems, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes run efficiently and effectively. Working closely with leadership and the wider People function, you will play a key role in supporting a growing international workforce across multiple jurisdictions. What You'll Be Doing • Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, employee records, contractual changes, and offboarding. • Managing UAE visa and immigration processes, ensuring compliance with local legislation and supporting international employee requirements where applicable. • Owning and continuously improving BambooHR, maintaining accurate employee records, reporting, documentation, and HR workflows. • Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and operational standards to support a growing international business. • Preparing employment contracts, HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and wider legislative requirements across multiple jurisdictions. • Working closely with leadership and the wider People function to ensure consistent HR processes, policy adherence, and an excellent employee experience. • Supporting employee relations matters, HR queries, and people initiatives while partnering with managers across the business. • Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, automate administrative tasks, and enhance operational efficiency as the business continues to scale. What We're Looking For • Proven experience within an HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Manager role. • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa and immigration processes, and employee lifecycle management. • Experience using HRIS platforms such as BambooHR or similar systems. • Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, documentation, and operational best practice. • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the business. • Experience within Financial Services, Professional Services, or a multi-entity environment would be advantageous.
