Project Development Manager

Position Snapshot Title: Project Development Manager Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Position Type: Full Time How will your day look like? As a Project Development Manager, you will lead end-to-end product development and commercialization projects across both New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) portfolios. You will work closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to transform customer and business requirements into commercially successful product launches. From project planning and governance to stakeholder alignment, risk management, and stage-gate execution, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while driving seamless commercialization and sustainable business growth. How Will You Make an Impact? • Lead end-to-end Existing Product Development (EPD) and commercialization projects, ensuring successful execution from customer brief to product launch. • Drive multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with business and customer requirements. • Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. • Translate customer and commercial requirements into structured project plans, coordinating activities across all stakeholders. • Drive project governance, manage risks, and ensure effective stage-gate execution throughout the product development lifecycle. • Lead Private Label and customer-specific development projects, ensuring timely approvals and launch readiness. • Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance cross-functional collaboration. Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related discipline. • 5–8 years of experience leading end-to-end product development and commercialization projects within the Food & Beverage industry. • Proven experience managing Existing Product Development (EPD) and/or New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to commercialization. • Experience managing Private Label and/or Branded product development projects. • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and delivering outcomes on time and within budget. • PMP certification and/or a relevant Master's degree will be an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related discipline. 5–8 years of experience leading end-to-end product development and commercialization projects within the Food & Beverage industry. Proven experience managing Existing Product Development (EPD) and/or New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to commercialization.
