SAP EAM (S/4HANA) Functional Consultant / Business Analyst

Job Title: SAP EAM (S/4HANA) Functional Consultant/Business Analyst Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying SAP EAM solutions to support asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, work management, and reliability improvement. The candidate should possess strong business process knowledge and experience in end-to-end SAP EAM implementations. Key Responsibilities • Workstream activities for SAP EAM implementation on S4/HANA. • Conduct business process workshops and gather functional and technical requirements. • Design SAP EAM solutions aligned with industry best practices and business objectives. • Ability to configure and deployment of SAP EAM modules including: PTW, WCM, RSH, FSM and SSAM. • Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications for EAM. • Define and execute functional specifications for enhancements, reports, forms, interfaces, and workflows. • Coordinate with technical, integration, data migration, testing, and change management teams. • Prepare Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and support development of Technical Design Specifications (TDS). • Support data migration activities including equipment, functional locations, maintenance history, BOMs, task lists, and maintenance plans. • Perform configuration, unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution. • Ensure integration with SAP modules including FICO, MM, CS, QM, PS and ISU etc. • Support cutover planning, production deployment, hyper care, and post-go-live stabilization. • Develop end-user documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures. • Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. • 8–15 years of SAP EAM/PM consulting experience. • Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects in SAP EAM. • Strong knowledge of SAP EAM business processes and configuration. • Experience with SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard methodology. • Experience preparing functional specifications for custom developments. • Strong understanding of asset-intensive business processes. • Experience in data migration, testing, and cutover activities. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in Utilities Sector. • Experience with SAP Mobile solutions (SAP Service & Asset Manager), RSH and FSM • Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) integrations. • SAP S/4HANA EAM certification is preferred. • Experience working in Agile and SAP Activate methodologies. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced implementation environment.
