Job Title : Senior Consultant / Business Analyst Advanced Supply Chain Planning Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Advanced Supply Chain Planning Professional with over 10 years of domain expertise in supply chain processes, specifically in advanced planning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with leading planning solutions such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or Dassault and a strong background working as an IT consultant, or business analyst. This role requires onsite presence in Abu Dhabi for the duration of the project and will involve working closely with business, IT stakeholders, and system implementation partners on implementation and optimization initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support advanced supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP. • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for planning tools such as SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, or Dassault. • Work closely with the System Integrator (SI) implementation partner to ensure timely and successful implementation of the planning application. • Guide cross-functional teams in defining advanced planning use cases, solution design, and system configurations. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements. • Translate business needs into system configurations and functional specifications. • Work as a core IT user or consultant to drive system adoption and enhancements. • Support testing activities (SIT/UAT) and ensure successful deployment. • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations. • Facilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams. Required Skills & Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, with a focus on advanced planning processes. • Hands-on experience in at least one of the following : • Kinaxis • Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) • Dassault planning solutions (e.g., DELMIA Quintiq) • SAP-IBP candidates with background in above applications can also be considered. • Proven experience in advanced planning system implementation projects (mandatory). • Experience working as IT core user, or Functional consultant, or Business analyst. • Strong understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP processes. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
