In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing qualified suppliers and subcontractors, obtaining competitive quotations, coordinating the procurement of materials, and ensuring timely delivery while meeting project specifications, quality standards, and company policies. You will work closely with the project and procurement teams to support the successful execution of construction projects. Key Responsibilities • Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors. • Obtain and compare quotations to achieve the best value. • Coordinate material requisitions with the Procurement and Project teams. • Monitor procurement activities and maintain procurement logs. • Ensure materials comply with project specifications and quality standards. • Coordinate with the storekeeper regarding material availability. • Track and follow up on material deliveries. • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Qualifications & Experience: • Diploma in Civil Engineering. • 5–10 years of experience in Villas and Civil Works. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Knowledge of procurement software. • Fluent in written and spoken English.
