The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and underwriting group medical insurance risks, supporting business growth while ensuring profitability, compliance, and exceptional service standards. Required Qualifications and Skills: • 6-8 years' experience in project management • IT and software experience • Preferred in insurance industry • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field • PMP certified is a Must • Fluent in Arabic with professional proficiency in English • Relevant experience in IT project management, software development, or systems implementation including: 1) project planning and scheduling 2) Risk assessment and mitigation 3) Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) 4) Quality assurance and testing coordination 5) Experience with project management tools (mainly Jira is a must) • Excellent verbal and written communication • Stakeholder management • Presentation and reporting • Vendor and contract management Responsibilities: • Own and actively manage assigned projects within the workstream, maintaining end-to-end accountability for timelines, delivery paths, and execution milestones • Define granular project objectives, write Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and detail technical and functional requirements in collaboration with the Project Owner • Track day-to-day operational risks and issues, manage localized escalations, and proactively remove bottlenecks to keep the delivery engine moving • Support/manage the preparation of RFPs, manage project costs, and track day-to-day expenditures against specific project deliverables • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder meetings, maintain rigorous communication across teams, and generate regular, data-driven status and progress reports • Reports directly to the Sr. Project Manager (PMO) for functional direction, deliverable reviews, and change request approvals • Interacts daily with the PMO team to leverage governance templates, align on tracking metrics, and report portfolio data • Escalate complex problems to the relevant stakeholder to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner • Participate in planning, scheduling and monitoring of simple project activities to ensure alignment to requirements • Participate in managing the delivery of the project according to the project plan to ensure the delivery of project deliverables is within the agreed-on time, budget, and quality • Follow-up and track progress of the project activities, reports, and deliverables ensuring compliance with plans and all requirements • Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, framework compliance, and seamless operational readiness/integration within the business • Develop and maintain project management documents such as project charter, project governance and project implementation plan, certificate of completion etc. • Coordinate with functions to identify project requirements, goals, scope, resources and budget • Gather information on projects activities and assist in preparing standard reports for progress update • Ensure continuous update of the database of projects for maintenance and monitoring purposes and consolidate all technical reports relevant to project management for future, references and record keeping.
