Job Title : Business Development & Marketing Manager Location: Dubai, UAE (base) with regular travel to India Company: Medworks Medical Equipment LLC / NextGen Medworks India About Us : Medworks Medical Equipment LLC is a Dubai-based medical technology and distribution company serving the UAE market across ENT, Sleep Diagnostics, Orthopedics, and allied medtech segments. NextGen Medworks India is our sister venture bringing the same portfolio and partnerships to the Indian market. As we scale both businesses, we’re looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven Business Development & Marketing Manager to help us grow our distributor network, deepen KOL engagement, and build brand presence across both geographies. The Role : This is a dual-market, high-ownership role for someone who can move comfortably between boardroom negotiations with distributors and hospital corridors building relationships with key opinion leaders. You’ll be the bridge between our principals (OEM partners), our distribution network, and the clinicians who ultimately drive adoption of our products. Frequent travel across India and the UAE is a core part of this job — you should be energized by being on the road and in front of people, not tied to a desk. Key Responsibilities Distributor & Channel Management • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and channel partners across India and the UAE • Negotiate distribution terms, rate contracts, and commercial agreements in line with company objectives Monitor distributor performance, sales pipelines, and payment terms; resolve disputes and strengthen underperforming relationships • Support market expansion into new territories and product categories (ENT, Sleep Diagnostics, Orthopedics, and beyond) KOL Management & Clinical Engagement • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, surgeons, and clinical decision-makers across target hospital networks (including NMC and other private/public networks) • Organize and support product demonstrations, CMEs, workshops, and clinical evaluations • Translate KOL feedback into actionable input for product positioning and principal negotiations • Drive standardization initiatives for company products across hospital networks Business Development • Drive new business opportunities across both markets, including new product introductions (e.g., plasma-based surgical systems, sleep diagnostic devices, orthopedic implants) • Prepare and present commercial proposals, competitive landscape analyses, and market entry strategies Represent the company in principal discussions, licensing negotiations, and regulatory coordination (e.g., import permits, license transfers) Marketing • Develop marketing collateral, LinkedIn content, and campaigns to build brand visibility for Medworks and NextGen Medworks • Plan participation in medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events across India and the UAE • Support the launch and positioning of new product lines and territories.
