Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Dubai Readymix Concrete L.L.C. focuses on quality, safety, and efficiency Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, encompassing multiple positions: RMC Truck Mixers Driver, Mobile and Placing Boom Operators, Hydraulic and Normal Mechanics, Automobile Electricians, Site Supervisor, and Batching Plant Operators. RMC Truck Mixers Drivers are responsible for safely transporting and unloading ready-mix concrete to project sites, adhering to road safety and company procedures. Mobile and Placing Boom Operators handle the operation, positioning, and maintenance of concrete pumps and booms to ensure accurate and efficient concrete placement. Mechanics and Automobile Electricians perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on trucks, pumps, and related equipment to minimize downtime. Site Supervisors oversee daily operations, coordinate workloads, monitor safety and quality compliance, and liaise with project teams. Batching Plant Operators manage the concrete production process, including batching, monitoring material inputs, maintaining plant equipment, and ensuring consistent product quality. Qualifications • GCC truck driving experience, including safe operation of RMC truck mixers. • Technical skills in mobile and placing boom operation, basic hydraulics, and equipment handling for concrete pumping and placement. • Mechanical and electrical skills in maintaining and repairing heavy vehicles, hydraulic systems, and automotive electrical components. • Experience in batching plant operations, concrete production processes, and quality control in a ready-mix environment. • Ability to follow safety protocols, conduct basic inspections, and maintain accurate operational records. • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively on busy construction sites. • Previous experience in ready-mix concrete, construction, or civil engineering projects is preferred. • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanics, electrical work, or heavy equipment operation is an advantage.
