Role Description The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for driving catering sales by developing strong client relationships, creating customized event proposals, and ensuring seamless coordination of events from planning to execution. This full-time, on-site role is based in the UAE and requires collaboration with internal teams, including chefs and event staff, to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role also involves overseeing the preparation of contracts, managing budgets, and solving challenges to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications • Strong skills in Catering Sales and Customer Satisfaction with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. • Experience in Event Planning and Management, including logistical organization and attention to detail. • Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills to ensure client needs are understood and met. • Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry standards and trends. • Proficiency in contract negotiation and budget management. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment. • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
