Role Description The Exhibition Sales Manager will oversee all sales activities related to exhibitions, including managing relationships with exhibitors, generating leads, and securing sponsorships. Responsibilities will include client acquisition and retention, developing customized sales strategies, preparing proposals, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution, market analysis, and identifying opportunities for business growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. Qualifications • Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Account Management • Event Management, Exhibition Planning, and Relationship Management skills • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities in professional settings • Analytical and strategic planning abilities, with a focus on market trends and revenue goals • Proficiency in CRM tools and relevant software for sales and lead tracking • Familiarity with the exhibitions industry, particularly in the UAE or GCC region, is an advantage • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, delivering exceptional results under deadlines Show more Show less
