About the Role Phoenix Concrete Products is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth across our concrete product portfolio, including blocks, interlock, pavers, and specialty products. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing key customer relationships, and expanding market share. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. • Lead and manage the sales team to deliver strong performance. • Develop new business opportunities and maintain key customer relationships. • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. • Coordinate with Customer Service, Dispatch, and Production Planning to ensure timely order fulfilment. • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis. • Support customer negotiations, complaint resolution, and commercial initiatives. Qualifications Required • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. • 8–10 years of sales experience in the building materials or construction industry. • 3–5 years of experience leading a sales team. • Experience in the concrete products industry and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
