Interior Architect (Site Based) - Contract

Key Responsibilities • Support the execution of approved interior design concepts on site. • Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents. • Attend site inspections and monitor construction progress. • Identify and help resolve design and construction issues. • Respond to contractor queries and coordinate with project stakeholders. • Participate in site meetings and maintain project records. • Monitor quality standards and support project handover activities. • Work closely with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients. Requirements • Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field • 3–6 years of experience in interior design, interior architecture, or fit-out projects. • Experience supporting projects during construction and site implementation stages. • Good understanding of interior fit-out, construction details, materials, and finishes. • Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and material submissions. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp, Rhino, or Revit. • Willing to be site-based in KSA until April 2028 Show more Show less
