Role Description The Business Center Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue across BizCity’s business centers by identifying prospects, managing the sales pipeline, conducting tours, and closing agreements for private offices, co-working spaces, and meeting facilities. The manager will nurture client relationships, provide high-quality customer service, and act as a key point of contact for new and existing tenants. Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals, negotiating terms, coordinating with operations and marketing teams, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also involves market research, participation in networking events, and contributing to sales strategies that enhance BizCity’s brand visibility and client satisfaction. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Business Management skills, including center operations oversight, pipeline management, and strategic planning. • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, monitor KPIs, forecast demand, and identify growth opportunities. • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction, relationship building, and issue resolution. • Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing deals. • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present offerings and collaborate across teams. • Relevant experience in business centers, real estate, hospitality, or flexible workspace sales is highly beneficial. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred. • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and familiarity with the Dubai business landscape will be an advantage. • Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a professional Show more Show less
