Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef with expertise in authentic Emirati and international cuisine to support daily kitchen operations, maintain exceptional food quality, lead the kitchen team, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. • Prepare high-quality Emirati and international dishes. • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control. • Supervise and train kitchen staff. • Maintain HACCP and food safety standards. • Manage inventory, food costs, and minimize waste. • Support menu development and kitchen efficiency.
