Project Technical Manager

Project Location: United Arab Emirates (Dubai and Abu Dhabi Projects) Salary: Up to AED 40,000 The Project Technical Manager will oversee advanced IFC design reviews, value engineering, site logistics plans, and specialist subcontractor coordination. The role requires driving Tier-1 contractor-level execution, managing technical query workflows (RFIs), and supervising the multi-disciplinary coordination of structural, architectural, ID, and MEP shop drawings. Must have experience: • Civil Engineering degree with a proven track record delivering mid-to-high-rise residential and commercial turnkey projects in the UAE. • Strong technical proficiency reviewing models in a BIM environment alongside BIM specialists to resolve spatial and design clashes. • Advanced capability preparing structural calculations (formwork, PT slabs, retaining walls) and driving material submittal approvals through consultants.
