Senior Project Manager

Location Requirement This role is based full‑time in Madinat Zayed, with regular coordination across Abu Dhabi and other project sites as required. Role Overvie wThe Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of design and construction projects from concept through handover. The role requires a strong technical background in design, the ability to review and challenge design proposals, and deep understanding of the full design lifecycle—from feasibility and concept development to IFC drawings, construction, and close‑out . The SPM will act as the primary interface between internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and senior leadership, ensuring that all design and construction activities align with project objectives, timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirement s. Strong background in design development, design review, and technical coordination. Proven experience managing full design lifecycle projects (concept → schematic → detailed → IFC → construction → handover). Experience working with multidisciplinary design teams and major contractors. Solid understanding of UAE building codes, authority requirements, and construction standards. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is an advantage. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
