Job Purpose: To provide exceptional dining experiences by delivering prompt, attentive, and personalized service to guests, reflecting the service excellence and hospitality standards of RIKAS Hospitality Group. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and offering detailed knowledge of food and beverage items. • Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently. • Serve food and drinks in a professional, timely, and courteous manner. • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and work areas. • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery. • Upsell menu items and promotions to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue. • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards as per company policies. • Follow opening, closing, and shift change duties as assigned by management. • Represent the brand image of RIKAS by maintaining a polished appearance and professional attitude at all times. Skills and Qualifications: • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end or premium dining environment preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • A team player with a guest-first attitude. • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus. • Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage. • Flexible with shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
