Job Description About Wynn Al Marjan Island: Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, water features, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center. About The Position Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking PC Technicians to join the IT Operation Engineering & Support team The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are • Provide timely technical support and serve as the first point of contact for users, resolving hardware, software, and system-related issues • Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware, software, and operating systems to ensure optimal performance and compatibility • Manage and resolve service requests and incidents through the organization's IT Service Management (ITSM) platform • Maintain software licensing compliance and ensure all licenses are current, properly documented, and regularly updated • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace faulty hardware and software while adhering to applicable safety standards • Develop, maintain, and manage technical documentation, procedures, and support resources to ensure operational efficiency • Collaborate with business units across the property to deliver effective IT support, provide user training, and utilize company-approved tools and devices to resolve technical issues About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in an Information Technology (IT) support or operations environment • Strong working knowledge of macOS, Microsoft operating systems, software installation, and basic database administration in a business setting • Proven experience managing service requests, incidents, and problem resolution within an IT Service Management (ITSM) platform • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in English • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and provide timely technical support across various business functions • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required to support operational and special event needs • Physically capable of performing IT support duties, including frequent movement throughout the property and lifting equipment weighing up to 40 lbs (18 kg) About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
