Position Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Project Quality Manager to join our prestigious Process Modules Project, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of world-class EPC projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and project-specific quality procedures in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements. • Lead and manage all project quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle. • Report project quality performance, quality metrics, risks, and improvement opportunities to the QA/QC Manager and Project Management Team (PMT). • Serve as the primary focal point with clients, third-party inspectors, auditors, and regulatory authorities on all project quality matters. • Lead, mentor, and manage the project QA/QC team to achieve project quality objectives and KPIs. • Ensure proactive quality surveillance, inspections, audits, and verification activities across all construction and fabrication disciplines. • Provide technical guidance to Construction Management Teams (CMT) on quality requirements, inspection activities, and quality best practices. • Monitor project quality performance through Quality Objectives, KPIs, audits, and management reviews. • Investigate non-conformities and ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions to eliminate root causes. • Ensure timely closure of NCRs, observations, client comments, and audit findings. • Coordinate client inspections, third-party inspections, audits, and surveillance activities. • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, client specifications, contractual requirements, and company Quality Management Systems. • Maintain complete project quality records, inspection documentation, traceability, and turnover dossiers. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness throughout the project organization. • Ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders on quality performance and compliance requirements. • Support internal, external, certification, and client audits while ensuring timely closure of audit findings. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline. Experience: Minimum 20 years of comprehensive QA/QC experience, including at least 5 years as a Project QA/QC Manager on major Oil & Gas EPC projects. Certifications/Training: Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (Mandatory). Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in Process Modules, modular fabrication, and associated Oil & Gas EPC projects.
