Executive Business Partner / Business Operations Manager - RealEstate Dubai, UAE - 25K AED Monthly We're looking for a highly organised, commercially minded operator to work directly alongside the CEO, helping drive execution across the business, manage key priorities, and bring structure to a fast-moving environment .You will act as a trusted partner to leadership, ensuring projects move forward, stakeholders remain aligned, and critical business objectives are delivered .For the right individual, this role offers a clear pathway into Business Management, Operations Leadership, or Chief of Staff responsibilities over time. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Executive & Business Support • Partner closely with the CEO to manage strategic priorities and business initiatives. • Prepare reports, presentations, briefing papers, and meeting materials. • Capture meeting actions and ensure timely follow-up across stakeholders. • Track key deliverables, deadlines, and business objectives. Operations & Project Management • Own and coordinate operational processes across the business. • Drive accountability and execution across internal teams. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and efficiency. Stakeholder & Partner Management • Act as a key point of coordination with external partners, including banks, legal firms, vendors, and service providers. • Track ongoing discussions, documentation requirements, and commercial activities. • Ensure timely follow-up and communication with all stakeholders. Business Operations • Support recruitment processes, onboarding activities, and internal operations. • Assist with vendor management and office operations. • Help establish scalable processes and operating procedures as the business grows. • Provide hands-on support wherever required to keep priorities moving forward. What We're Looking For • 3–7 years' experience in business operations, founder's office, executive business partner, business manager, operations manager, consulting, project management, or chief of staff-related roles. • Proven ability to independently own projects, processes, or business functions. • Strong organisational and project management skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup, scale-up, or entrepreneurial environment. • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. • Arabic & English fluent communication Relevant Backgrounds • Fintech • Financial Services • Mortgage & Lending • Real Estate • Consulting • Technology Startups • Founder's Office or Chief of Staff environments Show more Show less
