Job Responsibilities: • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the solar energy sector. • Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calls, and digital platforms. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective Clients. • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to resolve payment discrepancies and outstanding issues. • Understand client needs and propose suitable solar solutions tailored to their requirements. • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts. • Support the negotiation process and close deals under the guidance of senior team members. • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. • Work closely with the technical team to ensure feasibility and customization of solutions. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services. • Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and competitors. • Attend training programs, seminars, and exhibitions to enhance knowledge and skills. Requirements: Experience (Yrs & Field) • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role. • Valid UAE driving license preferred Skills and Abilities: • Should have experience in Solar or Renewable Energy field. • Good knowledge in Sales and coordination is solar energy sector. • Arabic speaking preferred. • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and lead conversion. • Knowledge of solar energy systems, rooftop solar solutions, and renewable energy products. • Ability to generate leads through direct sales, referrals, field visits, digital channels, and networking. • Fluency in English; Hindi/Arabic is an added advantage. • Good market awareness of solar industry trends, competitors, and pricing.
