Job Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter / Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality service, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold Salayel Hospitality’s service standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities • Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards • Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-maintained at all times • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints courteously and efficiently • Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offers • Follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures as per company standards • Process bills and payments accurately • Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations Requirements & Qualifications • Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a hotel or restaurant preferred • Knowledge of food & beverage service standards • Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) • Well-groomed, professional appearance and positive attitude • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays • Physically fit to stand for long periods • Hospitality-focused mindset with attention to detail What We Offer • Competitive salary and service charge (as applicable) • Professional and supportive work environment • Career growth opportunities within Salayel Hospitality • Training and development programs Show more Show less
